Bezerk RC offers a custom cutting service. You can send us drawing files to assess (3dm, DWG, DXF, IGS, STEP, STP, STL etc) or send a pic of a pen sketch that we can draw up for you to confirm. Have a physical part you want reproduced? No problem, we can draw it up for you if you're prepared to mail it to us. We have added many modern and vintage parts to file. Once added to file, we can cut it as provided or modify it to suit your needs!
We offer a wide range of thicknesses in Gloss Plain weave or Matte Twill weave full carbon fiber, 0.5 to 6.0mm. We also have black FRP/G10 in 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0mm as well as natural/green FRP/G10 in 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5mm. Our typical carbon sheet size is 400 x 500mm, so keep that in mind regarding the project you want made. We typically use 2.0mm cutters for majority of work, 1.2mm when tighter corners or holes are required, so allow for that in your design for inner corner radius's.
We can do countersinks, rebates, tapers, chamfers and threaded stainless steel pressnut inserts. Multi-sided operations too. Quotes are simply based on material used + cutting time. The bigger the part and complexity of operations, the higher the cost of the final part. More than happy to cut just one single part, no minimum quantities here! Yes, we cut parts for various companies too, so OEM supply is no problem.
