Placing Orders
All prices listed on the Bezerk RC
web site are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated and may be subject to
change without notice. Customers will be notified of any price increase prior to
their items being dispatched.
We accept PAYPAL for payment of goods, no item will be
delivered prior to the payment being made in full. This includes International
orders.
Parcel Delivery.
Bezerk RC
delivers to valid postal addresses within Australia and overseas.
Bezerk RC will
use primarily Australia Post. In most circumstances tracking will not be available for delivery
unless you choose EXPRESS post locally or request it for International.
Bezerk RC make EVERYTHING
to order, there is NO stock of parts. This enables Bezerk RC to make what you want, when you want it. Bezerk RC
does everything to keep a reasonable supply of carbon in stock, should this not be the case
for your order you wil be notified promptly
Delivery time is dependent
upon the product(s) ordered, the destination and current workload. Usually this is within 2-5 days
within Australia and 10 to 21 days International. However, delays do occur via
any chosen postage or freight method and is beyond the control of Bezerk RC
.
Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our
number one concern.
Bezerk RC will accept returns under the circumstances
detailed below as long as customers first obtain authorization and return
instructions from Bezerk RC, preferably by e-mailing SALES .
Not what you
expected?
If a customer receives shipment of a product purchased
from Bezerk RC and finds that it will not meet their expectations, the
customer is entitled to return this item for credit or replacement within 7 days
as long as it is unused, unopened and with its
original packaging intact and in re-salable condition (at the descression of
Bezerk RC). Exceptions to this is if the customer no longer
requires this item then we are not obliged to accept a return under any
circumstance. Authorization must be obtained and goods must be returned at the
customers expense.
Damaged goods?
If a
customer receives shipment of a product purchased from Bezerk RC and it is
initially found to be damaged in transit in any way, Bezerk RC cannot be held
responsible. With this in mind we offer shipping insurance at a minimal cost to
guard against this and it is recommended that this be taken as an option when
ordering.
Damaged or missing parts?
If a
customer receives shipment of a product purchased from Bezerk RC and it is
found to have a damaged or missing part or component, Bezerk RC will replace
this part or component, but contact must be made within 7 days of
delivery receipt. Bezerk RC will reimburse a customer
for the return delivery as long as authorization has been granted.
Product failure?
If a customer experiences a malfunction
with a product purchased from Bezerk RC that initially appeared OK, its
replacement is subject to a reasonable contact with Bezerk RC. Bezerk RC will
endeavor to help our customers as much as reasonably
possible to replace faulty items.
